I have been working in social services for 12 years. I joined Visions in 2025 and am happy to be part of this team! I have a BA in Art Therapy and graduated from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. I have worked with both youth and adult populations in education and therapeutic settings throughout my career. With Visions I am the DD Waiver Regional Lead serving the northeast region of the state. Originally from the northern Illinois area, I have lived in New Mexico for 7 years. I lived in Jemez Springs and now Albuquerque, and have a deep fondness for this state and the people living here. I enjoy being outdoors and in the mountains hiking, climbing... Moving is important for me. I teach yoga, and have been practicing close to 20 years. I enjoy playing guitar and making music with others. Tea, biking, dancing, reading, and a good belly laugh are simple things I enjoy.

I joined the Visions team in May 2018 but have been in the field for about 7 years in different roles prior to this position. Most of my background is in the social services sector. I’ve worked in different roles in the DD waiver and did case management for troubled youth for some time. I was born in California and moved to Santa Fe New Mexico with my family when I was 3, I have been here since then. I have served different regions of New Mexico along my years of experience; in my previous job, half my caseload resided in Espanola and in Rio Arriba county. In my current position with Visions, I serve in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. I’m extremely passionate about my job and enjoy what I do very much! I have two boys that keep me extremely busy when I’m not working. All the things I enjoy doing outside of work revolve around them. Some of my favorite things to do with my children include road trips, camping, and being involved in their school events. During my free and alone time, I enjoy hiking and love a spa day when I can get away with one!

April Maestas, Case Manager
I have been with Visions Case Management for almost 5 months. Before I became a Case Manager, I worked for another agency in the DD waiver field. I have an abundance of background experience in the following roles/departments: Direct Care Staff, Quality Assurance, Human Rights Committee Coordinator, House Manager, CCSI Manager with 30 Clients and 6 Staff.
I wanted to become a case manager and utilize my skills that I have learned throughout my years of experience in the field. After a year of asking many questions and getting answers from other Case Managers, I finally decided to fix my resume and apply for a job with a case management agency. I am so grateful to Visions for giving me the opportunity to become a Case Manager and utilize those skills. I enjoy the outdoors and going to our family Cabin. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and making memories with my husband and grandkids. This job has allowed me to do all the wonderful things that I enjoy; I have met so many new families and have had the opportunity to help them with the things they need to thrive. Visions is a wonderful place to work, as the other Case Managers, admin and Supervisors are so helpful and kind. I work hard and try to do the best I can, as I am still learning something new every day.

Martha Revilla, Case Manager
I have been working as an independent contractor in the Developmental Disabilities Waiver program for more than three years. I joined the Visions Team as a Case Manager in 2022. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-Disciplinary studies from the University of Texas at El Paso with areas of concentration in Human Behaviors and Interactions as well as Spanish Literature. This degree granted me flexibility in my interpersonal relations skills. I have been providing services in every region of New Mexico where I am needed but I mainly oversee the Southeastern region serving the Lea, Chaves, and Lincoln counties of New Mexico. I have more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry working with individuals with special needs in the context of a medical office. I administratively led a medical practice that worked with patients with down syndrome and autism. I am a native Spanish speaker, and this allows me to communicate effectively with individuals that may not be fluent in the English language. It is always my goal to go above and beyond in support of my clients. I always advocate for their best interests, and I like taking the time to personally get to know each client and their family, to learn about their goals, and their aspirations. I pride myself in providing excellent customer care to the persons entrusted to me under the DD Waiver program. When I am not working, I love spending time with my beautiful family and our 3 dogs. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with friends watching sunsets, playing outdoor sports, cooking up barbeques, bowling, and playing dominoes.
I look forward to the privilege of serving you!

Nick Marjon, Case Manager
I started my career as an educator and enjoyed teaching creative activities (art, music) to children. We made instruments and learned about colors. Working with children was great because they come to class so excited to participate in group activities. It made me seek creative activities that everyone could enjoy and saw how successful they were when other classes/teachers asked to implement them as well. I used my experience in the early childhood educational settings and applied it in the field of working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Over time, I realized there were many similarities between the two fields. It's very important to have patience and can be very rewarding teaching and working with people that have different levels of abilities. I've been in the field of working with adults with developmental disabilities for over 10 years. I started in New Mexico as a direct care staff with an ICF home and worked my way up as Program Manager in Supported Living, overseeing several homes in Albuquerque. I then worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Assistant, overseeing 4 ICF homes. I moved to California and worked as a Program Manager for Supported Living in the East Bay area, overseeing 9 homes from Oakland, to Berkeley, Pleasanton, and Hayward. I also worked as a Service Coordinator for two years in CA where I assisted consumers with obtaining services. I recently moved back to NM and have been working with Visions for over a year. I enjoy it and I am always learning with this job. No day is the same! I am from Albuquerque, NM. I have lived in Illinois and California. I am glad to be back home. Currently, I am serving Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, and Santa Fe counties. I enjoy spending time with my family when I have free time. I love to travel and learn about other cultural foods, religions, history as well as my own culture. I have a Bachelor's in Art with an emphasis in sculpture and have worked with artists in the ABQ community, assisting them with their crafts in leather work, silver, setting stones, turquoise, casting jewelry, and refurbishing jewelry. I enjoy drawing with pastels and charcoal. I've always had a passion for art, but spent the majority of my youth playing the violin. I participated in 16 different orchestras and symphonies before I graduated from high school and performed in Carnegie Hall in New York City my senior year.

Tracy Reeves, Case Manager
My name is Tracy Reeves and I joined Visions Case Management in 2024. I have a son who is autistic, so I love to support parents, children and adults to get the services they need to live life to the fullest. Before doing case management, I was living in Peru as a missionary and one of my main duties was to help individuals find proper medical care. My son grew up in Peru, so I became familiar with the medical community as I sought resources for him. When I am not working, you will find me at the gym. I enjoy being active and am working toward the goal of completing the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

Lana Rouselle, Case Manager
My name is Lana and I’m new to Visions, but I’ve been in the case management/social work field for many years. I began my career in the Midwest working in Juvenile Court, Child Protective Services, and Psychiatric Intensive Care for Children. I was led to Texas where I worked with foster care services and eventually became a director of a program working with individuals on the DBMD waiver. In 2013 my family moved to The Land of Enchantment in the ABQ area. I currently cover the Northwest Region for Visions Case Management.

I am currently managing both the Guardianship and Court Visitor programs, but my passion is always to work directly with the individuals we serve. I was born and raised in Northern New Mexico and after being away for ten years for school, decided it was time to come back to my roots. I am honored to provide quality services to those in need and believe we have one of the strongest and most compassionate teams of people working at Visions.

I’m so excited to be working for Visions Case Management and Consulting. I grew up in western New York in a very small town where my family is from. My great grandmother even taught in a one room schoolhouse there. I received my masters degree from Ithaca College in Occupational Therapy in New York. I have lived all along the east and Gulf Coast. I landed in New Mexico almost four years ago and I just love it here. I am excited to support programs that allow people with disabilities to participate in life and contribute towards their community. As an occupational therapist I believe that all people should have access to services that allow them to live life to the fullest. I love to watch others grow to their best potential. When I’m not working, I’m helping my partner with her three kids—one of whom has special needs—as well as tinkering around the house. I also enjoy looking for ways to enrich my community and spend time outdoors.

Hi, I’m Elena and I am very proud to be part of Visions as a Consultant for the Mi Via Waiver. Carolane McNees, the founder of Visions Case Management, was my daughter’s first case manager and I had the pleasure of being with Visions when it first began. I was born and raised in Santa Fe, got married and moved to San Bernardino, California where my husband was stationed in the Armed Forces, where I gave birth to my son who has married and given me 6 beautiful grandchildren. Later, I moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where I gave birth to my daughter who was born with multiple disabilities. We decided to move back to Santa Fe to be close to family and have lived here for the past 37 years. My experience comes from being a mom and wearing many the many hats that need to be worn while being the strongest advocate possible, going through the many challenges that only those who walk or have walked in the shoes can truly understand what it’s like day to day. The tremendous Love, Joy and Compassion learned from taking care of a person with special needs is remarkably unique and so special. I have been a caregiver, staff, transporter, and trainer for many individuals with special needs for 39 years. After my daughter’s passing 9 years ago I began my new-found journey in honor of her memory. I became a Coordinator for New Pathways for 2 years, then moved over to Santa Lucia where I enjoyed working for 7 years until I was offered a position to be a Consultant with UNM and worked for 1 ½ years. I have been with Visions since May of 2017, and I am honored to be part of a wonderful team at Visions and love working with all of the families who have welcomed me into their lives. When I am not working I spend a great deal of time at the grandkids’ basketball games, fishing, gardening, and going for nice scenic drives.

I have been on the Visions team as a Mi Via Waiver Consultant since 2023. This was also my first experience working with Mi Via. I was a DD Waiver Case Manager in Indiana for almost 7 years and a Mental Health Life Skills Coach for 3 years after that. I am an advocate for all. I am originally from Fort Wayne, IN and moved to Albuquerque in November of 2019. I currently serve the counties of Bernalillo, Valencia, San Juan, and Catron. When I am not hard at work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, visiting with friends and family across the country, and going to as many concerts as possible.

Gladys Ramirez, Consultant
I graduated with my BSW from NMSU in 2017 and soon after, worked at a local health clinic for two years. I worked with pregnant women and families with children ages 0-3, providing home visitation services while getting them connected to much needed resources. I then went on to obtain my Master’s degree in Social Work from WNMU in 2019. My work experience in case management grew when I began working as a care coordinator for an MCO shortly after.
I was born and raised in Deming, NM. I moved to Las Cruces, NM right after I finished high school to attend college and have lived here ever since. Through my work at Visions, I will be serving families in Las Cruces as well as surrounding areas in the Southwest.
I enjoy being outdoors and my favorite hobby is going hiking. I also enjoy going on walks with my two dogs, Molly and Charlie.

Hello! I have been with Visions since May of 2020. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with individuals and families throughout New Mexico. My educational background is in healthcare; I earned my Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Management.
I am a native New Mexican and love our beautiful state. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my beautiful grandchildren. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places.
The field of disability is personal to me. I have four children, two of whom were born with disabilities. From the time that my children were born, I learned that a parent’s voice is the most important voice for their child in advocating for them. I, like so many, faced numerous challenges with multiple systems and I had to learn fast! I conquered every obstacle I could and learned from those that I could not change. I have been working in the field of disability for over 30 years as an advocate, liaison, and trainer for both state and federal programs. I also have worked in hospice. I love being in a position where I can connect with others, listen, share ideas and use my experiences and expertise. I hope that I can help empower families with knowledge and confidence to make choices that are best for them with the hopes that individuals can one day advocate for themselves.
I look forward to meeting the families that the Supports Waiver serves throughout the state.

I have worked with the DD waiver since 2005. Originally, my intention was to become a nurse, but I fell in love with my clients and their families so was led to social work and have never looked back. I obtained my LMSW in 2009. Since that time, I have worked in residential settings, as a social worker for children in CYFD custody, program manager on the DD waiver, a home study practitioner and now as a Mi Via Consultant. I have been with Visions for a few months but have been a Mi Via Consultant for 3 years. I love getting to know my participants and helping them achieve their optimal goals. I live in Albuquerque with my husband, daughter and our spoiled Schnauzer. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, traveling, gardening and helping my husband renovate our home. I feel honored to be working in a field with so many wonderful individuals.

I have been a Mi Via Consultant since 2014, and because I have my own special needs son I've been "working" in the field for 17 years. I received my Bachelors degree in Biology from Creighton University, and I studied American Sign Language at UNM after I learned my son was deaf. Prior to becoming a Mi Via Consultant, I was part of a group of parents and educators that founded a charter school in Albuquerque in 2010 - The Albuquerque Sign Language Academy. The school serves deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing children, making it the first of its kind in New Mexico. I could not be more proud of the staff and the great work that happens there everyday. I continue to serve as the Board Chair, and I consider myself very lucky to be working with the staff, students, and their families. My transition to become a Mi Via Consultant was a natural one because of my son and my own personal Mi Via experience - and I had a fantastic mentor. I truly love working with the families I serve, and I feel honored that they allow me to be a part of their lives. When I am not working, I am generally running my three children around - my oldest boy and boy/girl twins. I enjoy traveling, camping, movies, spending time with family and friends, and I love a good laugh!

I have been a Mi Via Waiver consultant since December of 2022 after working as a Medical Social Worker at UNM Hospital for over 9 years. I have a Master in Social Work (MSW) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from New Mexico Highlands University. Prior to this, I received my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and while I lived in Wisconsin and Arizona for several years, I was excited to come back to my home to meet my husband and raise my two boys. I love spending time with my husband, boys, parents, sister and my beautiful nieces. I am very excited to continue to be a part of Visions Case Management and Consulting and work in the field of social services, which I have come to have a passion for.

Hi there! I have been with Visions since August 2021. I was working as a social worker for three years prior to starting at Visions. I graduated with my Bachelors in 2015 from NMSU and I got my Masters degree in 2018 from UNM. I am from California, but have lived in NM for a while now, and consider it home. I lived in the Sacramento Mountains near Cloudcroft for 7 years. I now live in Albuquerque, I’ve been here for 4 years, and I love it. So far with Visions I serve central and Northern NM. I am open to traveling down south though! If I’m not at home I’m either walking my dog Raffi (GSD) at the Bosque, at the grocery store (I think it’s fun), or at the hot yoga studio. I also have backyard chickens (they are some quirky birds), and an orange cat named Ferris.

Hi there! I’ve been with Visions since July 2022, and I’ve been working in this field for the past 12 years. I manage a statewide caseload, working with participants across the West, North, and Central regions of the State. I grew up in El Paso, TX, and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, when I was 18. For the last 17 years, I’ve been living in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area.
I’m married and have three amazing kids—two daughters and a son. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with my family, going to church, and traveling. I also enjoy working out in my home gym, reading, especially fun books to my kids, and camping whenever I get the chance.

I have been a Mi Via Waiver consultant since 2014 and have truly enjoyed this role. I feel honored to work with the families I serve and have learned so much from them. I currently serve the Albuquerque Metro area.
I was drawn to the field of social work early on in my career. After working in the social services field in various capacities since 2002, I obtained my masters degree in social work from New Mexico State University in 2012. However, I spent my undergrad years at UNM and am a Lobo at heart!! Music has always been a big part of my life and was also one of my undergraduate majors.
Albuquerque has always been my home! I am married and have two children, a daughter and a son. My family and I enjoy staying active and love to bike and travel together. We are involved in our church and spend a lot of time with our extended family. (We have lots in the area and there’s always some sort of gathering happening!) I also love a good mystery novel, my husband’s cooking, and coffee.

In November of 2017, I had the pleasure of joining the Visions Case Management team as a Support Broker. My professional and personal experience goes back many years. Since 2001, I have had the honor of working with many of New Mexico's best nonprofit organizations and with various vulnerable populations. I have enjoyed serving individuals who have developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, struggles with homelessness, and children with profound medical needs. Along with my professional experience, I have 19 years of personal experience given to me by my son who had profound developmental disabilities and was medically fragile. My son passed away in 2008 at the age of 19 years old. The experience my son provided me has given me the ability to view the world through eyes that choose to see love and a heart that feels compassion. After my son's passing, I pursued my education and obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. I am a native New Mexican and live in Albuquerque where I enjoy being active in my church community, spending time with my family, enjoying nature, reading, and most recently trying my hands at arts and crafts. I currently serve members in Central, Eastern and Southern New Mexico and the Albuquerque area. I look forward to meeting you!
